Vendor Terms

Submit accurate experience and service information for marketplace review. Maintain any registrations or professional permissions required for the actual services offered. Payment-provider KYC/KYB and settlement-bank verification are separate requirements and must be completed directly with the provider.

Deliver the accepted scope with reasonable professional care. Disclose material dependencies, use of subcontractors, third-party software and AI-generated components before they affect delivery. You remain responsible for authorized subcontractors and must obtain permission before sharing client information.

Do not claim ownership of material you cannot lawfully transfer. Identify retained tools and third-party licence restrictions before acceptance. Preserve sufficient delivery evidence for review and disputes without retaining unnecessary client data.

The final fee schedule, tax treatment, provider charges, reserves and settlement timing must be disclosed before a paid project is accepted. No live fee rate or settlement guarantee is established by the current simulation. Approval may be suspended for substantiated misconduct, with reasons and a review route where appropriate.
