Cancellation and Refund Policy

Request cancellation or report a problem through the project dispute/support process, identifying the project, milestone and reason. Avoid including full card details or passwords. Applicable Saudi consumer rights and exceptions must be assessed for each service and cannot be waived by this draft.

Before a proposal is accepted, an administrator may cancel an unawarded project with a recorded reason. After acceptance, evaluate completed work, deliverable usability, agreed scope and any statutory cancellation entitlement. Cancellation of workflow status does not itself create a financial refund.

Approved refunds must return through the original provider arrangement where supported. Verify the remaining refundable balance, record the amount in halalas and prevent duplicate requests. If the provider outcome is uncertain, investigate it before submitting another request.

Partial refunds, non-refundable provider costs, tax credit notes, bank processing times and refunds after vendor settlement require the final provider agreement and tax review. Do not promise a fixed refund deadline or make all fees non-refundable without that review.
