Payment Terms

Live payment collection is disabled pending provider approval, commercial terms and Saudi legal/tax review. AI Market must not receive customer money into its own pooled account or describe its service as regulated escrow. A licensed provider must operate the approved movement and custody of funds.

Before checkout, the final implementation must disclose the service amount in SAR, applicable VAT, platform and provider fees, total charge, supplier identity and relevant provider terms. The party issuing each tax invoice and any deemed-supplier obligations must be resolved before collection.

A browser success page is not proof of payment. The platform records payment only after authenticated provider reconciliation of the payment identifier, invoice, amount and currency. A pending or uncertain result must be investigated before a second charge or refund is attempted.

Supported methods, authorization expiry, capture conditions, vendor onboarding, splits, reserves, settlement cycles, chargebacks and refund timing depend on the approved marketplace agreement. These matters are unresolved launch gates. No test ledger balance is redeemable or withdrawable.
