Marketplace Terms of Use

AI Market connects clients with independent vendors offering AI and automation services. The legal operator, registration details, business address and verified contact channels must be completed before these draft terms take effect. A vendor’s marketplace approval is a service review and is not a government licence or payment-provider identity clearance.

Users must have legal capacity and authority to act for any business they represent. Keep account information accurate, protect access credentials and report suspected misuse through the platform’s dispute or support process. Do not share credentials or impersonate another person.

A project contract consists of the accepted proposal, agreed scope, deliverables, milestones, price, acceptance criteria and documented changes. Vendors remain responsible for their services. AI Market provides marketplace and administrative functions; any different role required for VAT must be determined separately under Saudi tax rules.

Administrators may investigate reports, restrict access, moderate content and preserve relevant evidence. Restrictions should be proportionate and accompanied by reasons where lawful and practicable. Suspension does not erase existing contractual duties, valid refund rights or access to competent authorities.

Saudi law applies. Mandatory statutory rights prevail over conflicting wording. Material changes require clear notice and must not retrospectively change an accepted project without the affected parties’ agreement. Final language precedence, liability provisions and operator disclosures require Saudi legal review.
