Provide a lawful, accurate project brief and confirm authority to share all supplied information. Define measurable deliverables, milestones, dependencies and acceptance criteria before accepting a proposal. Keep confidential information to the minimum necessary.

Review submitted work against the agreed criteria. Accept compliant work or describe specific deficiencies through the revision process. Additional scope, third-party licences and changed timelines require a recorded agreement; silence is not represented as automatic acceptance in this pilot.

Do not direct unauthorized access to third-party systems or upload data without the required authority. Use a separate secure channel for production credentials and grant only necessary permissions. Test automation in an appropriate environment before using it in a live business process.

Pay only through an activated provider checkout described in the applicable payment terms. Sandbox states and historical simulations do not establish real payment. Statutory cancellation, refund and complaint rights remain available.
